Online Bookings with Dome


Centralise your online bookings for all of your locations, and make it easy for clients to book in with any of your salons with your Dome.

First, ensure that you've logged into your Dome location.

Check your location

If you're not sure you're in the Dome, click on Account then view the Package Type. The type should be Dome License:


Alternatively, the Dome location has a Locations link between Appointments and Reporting:


Centralise your bookings

In your Dome account pop over to Online > Admin > View Bookings Site.

A page similar to the page below will load:


The text at the top will show the name of your Dome account.

'The Salon' and 'The Salon - Hairchester 12' are the two locations we have as part of our Dome.

If you wish your clients to be able to see this selection menu when they load into your Online Bookings—pop back over to Online > Admin > General Settings.

Our recommendation is to use the 'Online Booking URL' where possible. 

Setting up the child locations

If you haven't setup your child locations, you will need to do so in order for clients to be able to book in online with you.

To get started, from your Dome account, click the Locations button.


Click Browse on any one of your active locations

Once you've loaded into the selected location click here to learn how to setup your salons for Online Bookings.

When you've completed the setup for the salon location, head back to the Dome and repeat the process for each location you'd like clients to make bookings at.

Changing the name of the Dome

If you would like to change the name of your Dome (and the text displayed on Online Bookings), login to the Dome and click Account.

Update the Company Name field then click Save.


After a few minutes, re-fresh the page and your change should be recognised:

If you would like to change the name of your locations (as shown above), click on the Locations link in your Dome account.

Click Browse on any one of your active locations.

Click Account then update the Company Name field then click Save.

After a few minutes, re-fresh the page and your change should be recognised.

Direct links to your child locations

If you would rather clients have a direct link to a specific salon, rather than a link to a selection of your salons, you're more than welcome to use the URL from the child locations.

To obtain these URLs, you would need to pop over to Locations in your Dome account and click Browse on any one of the child locations.

Once the location loads, pop in to Online > Admin > General Settings and copy the required link.


When a client loads into a child location URL, they'll be able to click the Change Location link if they wish to select one of your other locations:
