With a Dome, you can transfer SMS credit and plan SMS messages between your locations.
- Go to the location you want to transfer credit from. Select Admin in the left menu, then the Messaging tab.
- In the SMS Setup panel, select Transfer Credits.
The Transfer SMS Balance window opens. It shows how many plan credits and purchased credits you can transfer.
- In the To Company drop-down, choose the location you want to transfer into.
- Enter the number of plan credits and/or purchased credits to transfer.
- Select Transfer.
A pop-up confirms the details of the transfer. Select Yes to go ahead.
That's all there is to it. The credit and/or plan SMS messages are now available in the location.

Note: You can't transfer credit into a location that has Use Dome SMS Connection as its SMS Provider. That location already uses the Dome's balance. Transfer into the Dome instead.
