If you're using the auto-generate order feature in Simple Salon, and you're experiencing problems such as incorrect levels of stock being added to order, products are missing from the order, this means there is something wrong with the setup of those products in Simple Salon.
Let's see what's going on with your products
Click on Admin > Products > Click on the product brand > click Edit in the specific product row.
[Box 1] Make note of your current quantity in the 'Quantity' field:
[Box 2] Make note of the quantity in the 'Min Qty' field:
[Box 3] Make note of the quantity in the 'Max Qty' field:
[Box 4] Make note of the supplier name:
Is the number in Box 1 the same as Box 2?
Is the number in Box 1 higher than the number in Box 2?
You are most likely experiencing the problem of the product not being added to the order. This is because the system thinks you don't need to add any stock in.
You will most likely need to re-try setting up the 'Min Qty'.
Is Box 3 is the same as Box 2?
Is Box 3 lower than Box 2?
You are most likely experiencing the problem of the product being added to the order with '0' stock.
You will most likely need to re-try setting up the 'Max Qty'.
Is Box 1 not matching the quantity you have in store?
You need to ensure that you're correctly selling products, and that your stock is correct in Simple Salon.
Is Box 4 a different supplier to the supplier you're selecting in 'Ordering'?
You are most likely experiencing the problem of the product not being added to the order. This usually happens if you are auto generating an order for a different supplier to the supplier you can see in Box 4. You will need to re-select the correct supplier.
