If you're receiving stock without a matching order, or just want a fast way to scan items in, use Quick Receive Stock.
This is a quick way of adding stock and is not part of the ordering process. If you have an order in place for this delivery, use the standard Receiving an Order flow instead.
- Go to Admin, then the Products tab.
- Hit Actions and choose Quick Receive Stock.
- In the right-side panel, scan or type in the product's barcode number, then hit Find & Receive.
Each scan or click adds one to that product's quantity, and the updated quantity shows in brackets next to it.
