Tech support have confirmed that the only way we can change your appointment intervals from 5 minutes back to 15-minute intervals, is to make a few changes to your existing appointments and services.
When we change you from 5-minute intervals to 15-minute intervals, you will no longer have appointment times like 11:35 am. You will only have the options to make appointments at xx:00, xx:15, xx:30 or xx:45 o'clock.
Therefore, all of your existing appointments which start at times like 11:35 am (on the 5 or 10-minute mark) will need to be moved to the hour, quarter past, half past, or quarter to. You need to line ALL appointments up with the 15-minute slots, otherwise, those appointments will be deleted when we make the change.
The easiest way for you to find all of your appointments is via Reporting > Report List > Appointments Report and change dates to go from now until the end of the year, and then look for any that don't meet the following 15-minute rules:
- all durations need to be multiples of 15: ie. 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120, etc
- all times need to be on 15 min starting slots: xx:00, xx:15, xx:30 or xx:45
Also, your services need to be set to 15-minute durations too. So go to Admin > Services > Edit each service and change it to either 15, 30, 45, 60 etc minutes long.
Once you have changed all appointments to start on 15-minute slots, and all appointment durations to either 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120, etc minutes and all services to be in multiples of 15 mins, then we can make the change.
