The Waitlist shows on the Appointments page in the day view. It doesn't show in the week view. So if you're a single operator and your diary opens on the week view, you have two choices. Turn off the default week view, or switch to the day view when you need the Waitlist.
Pick the option that suits you best.
Option 1. Turn off the default Week View:
- Click your profile icon at the bottom left of the main menu, then click Settings.
- Under Appointments, turn off Show Week View by Default.
- Click Save.
Note: Can't see that setting? It may only show on single operator accounts. Use Option 2 instead.
Option 2. Switch to the day view:
- Go to the Appointments page.
- At the top of your column, click the three dots next to the day of the week.
- Click Operator View. This shows that day, with the Waitlist on the left.
Tip: You can also double click the day of the week at the top of your column to open that day.
Note: No Waitlist column at all? Make sure Enable Wait List is turned on under Settings, in the Appointments section.
