Applying Loyalty Points to Individual Services, Products, Vouchers and Packages

Want specific services, products, vouchers or packages to earn loyalty points? Follow the steps below. If you would rather set points for everything in one go, see Auto Loyalty Points: Applying Points to All Services, Products, Vouchers and Packages in One Go.

Applying points to specific services and making services redeemable

  1. Click Admin in the left main menu, then click the Services tab.
  2. Click the category, find the service you want to add points to, and click Edit. The service opens in the right side panel.
  3. In the right side panel, click Other, then click Loyalty Points.
  4. Next to Loyalty Points Earned, enter the number of points the client gets when they buy this service.
  5. Want clients to pay for this service with points? Enter the number of points they need in Loyalty Points To Redeem. Once a client reaches that number, they can get the service free in exchange for their points.
  6. Click Save.

In this example, a client earns 10 points each time they buy this service. Once they have 100 points, they can get the service free in exchange for 100 of their loyalty points.

Note: Only services can be made redeemable using points, therefore only services will have the Loyalty Points To Redeem setting.

Applying points to products, vouchers and packages

Repeat the steps above for products, vouchers and packages. These only earn points, so you only fill in Loyalty Points Earned.

For products:

  1. Go to Admin and click the Products tab.
  2. Choose the brand, then click Edit next to the product.
  3. In the right side panel, click Other and enter the points in Loyalty Points Earned.
  4. Click Save.

For gift vouchers and packages:

  1. Go to Admin and click the Redeemables tab.
  2. Click Edit next to the gift voucher or package.
  3. Enter the points in Loyalty Points Earned in the right side panel.
  4. Click Save.

Note: Only services can be made redeemable using points, therefore products, vouchers and packages will only have a "Loyalty Points Earned" setting.
