15 minute intervals to 10 minute intervals
The Tech support team can change your appointment intervals from 15 minutes to 10 minutes.
When the change is made, this will mean that all of your services will then be in multiples of 10 minutes i.e. 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes, 50 minutes etc.
What happens to my existing appointments if I change from 15-minute intervals to 10-minute intervals?
Appointment start times, which are at quarter past or quarter to the hour, are moved by 5 minutes, for example - appointments booked in at 11:15 and 11:45 are moved by 5 minutes, becoming 11:10 and 11:40, and they also become 10 minutes in duration, instead of 15 minutes in duration.
What if I want to go back to 15 minute intervals?
