How to Jump Back to Today's Date in the Appointments Calendar

Booked a few weeks ahead and now stuck looking at a future date? Here's the fastest way back to today's diary.

Jump straight back to today

  1. Go to your Appointments page.
  2. Click the date shown at the top of the diary. This opens a small calendar.
  3. Click Today at the bottom of the calendar.

Your diary jumps straight back to today's date, showing your usual view.

Using the Jump button

The Jump button next to the date is handy for moving by whole weeks. Click it and you'll see a row of buttons from -8 to +8, with TODAY in the middle.

  1. Click Jump.
  2. Click TODAY to land back on today's date, or click one of the numbered buttons to jump that many weeks forward or back.
