You can go from 5 minute intervals back to 15 minutes. Our support team makes the change, but your diary needs a tidy first. For all the interval options, see Changing Appointment Interval Times.
With 15 minute intervals, you can only book at xx:00, xx:15, xx:30 or xx:45. You won't have times like 11:35 am any more.
So every existing appointment that starts on a 5 or 10 minute mark needs to move to the hour, quarter past, half past or quarter to. Line ALL of them up with the 15 minute slots. Any that are left off the grid will be deleted when the change is made.
Get ready for the change
- Go to Reporting > Report List > Appointments Report.
- Change the dates to run from now until the end of the year.
- Look for any appointment that breaks the 15 minute rules below, and move it in your diary.
- Go to Admin > Services, click Edit on each service, and set its duration to 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes and so on.
- When everything lines up, send us a request and we'll make the change.
The 15 minute rules:
- All durations need to be multiples of 15: 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120 and so on.
- All start times need to be on the 15 minute marks: xx:00, xx:15, xx:30 or xx:45.
