Changing from 15 minute to 10 minute intervals
Our support team can change your appointment intervals from 15 minutes to 10 minutes.
- Send us your request using the Submit a Request option in your Help & Support page.
- We make the change for you.
- Check your service durations afterwards.
After the change, all your services will be in multiples of 10 minutes: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 minutes and so on.
What happens to my existing appointments?
Appointments that start at quarter past or quarter to the hour move by 5 minutes. For example, appointments at 11:15 and 11:45 become 11:10 and 11:40. They also become 10 minutes long, instead of 15.
