Overview
The Client Card is where you can see everything about a client in one place - their contact details, visit history, product purchases, and more.
Opening a Client Card
Use the Client Search panel on the right side of the screen. Enter a first name, surname, phone number, or barcode/member number and click Search. Click the client's name in the search results to open their Client Card.
Client Details
The top-left section of the Client Card shows the client's key details:
- Client ID - their unique system ID
- Member ID - barcode or membership number (if assigned)
- Phone - contact phone number
- Operator - their preferred operator (if set)
- Address - street address
- Email - email address (click to send an email)
Above the details you'll see links to Edit (update their info), Photo (view or upload a client photo), Member ID (assign a barcode), and Comments (add internal notes).
Purchase History Tabs
The upper-right section shows the client's purchase history across three tabs:
- Products - products the client has purchased, with date, brand, product name, and quantity
- Gift Vouchers - any gift vouchers purchased by or for the client
- Packages - any packages the client has purchased
Each row has a receipt icon (to open the receipt) and a View link for more details.
Visit History Tabs
The lower section shows the client's appointment and visit history across three tabs:
- Visits - all past appointments showing date, time, service type, cost, and operator. Click a date link to jump to that day in the appointment book.
- Check Ins - membership check-in history
- Memberships - active and past memberships
Actions Menu
Click Actions ▼ in the top-right corner of the Client Card to access additional features:

| Add to Sale | Opens POS with this client added, ready to process a sale. |
| Categories | Assign the client to categories for marketing segments. |
| Invoices | View the client's invoice history. |
| Find Gift Voucher | Look up a gift voucher associated with this client. |
| Activities | View appointment changes, deletions, and other activity for this client. |
| Campaigns | View SMS and email campaigns sent to this client. |
| Images/Files | Upload and manage photos and documents for this client. |
| Forms | View and manage forms completed by this client. |
| $0.00 (with money bag icon) | View the client's Account Transactions - credits added and used. The dollar amount shown is the client's current account balance. |
| $0.00 (with money note icon) | View the client's Deposit Transactions - both outstanding and historical deposits. The dollar amount shown is the current deposit balance. |
| 0 (with heart icon) | View and manage the client's Loyalty Points balance. The number shown is their current points total. Click to redeem points for services. |
| SMS Client | Send an SMS message directly to this client. |
| Stop Client | Block this client from being booked. A stopped client cannot be selected for appointments. |
| Print the client's details. | |
| Search for the client on Facebook. | |
| Search for the client on Twitter. | |
| Search for the client on Instagram. | |
| Merge Client | Merge this client record with a duplicate. |
| Take Photo | Capture a photo using your device's camera. |
