Overview
The Stop Client feature lets you block a client from being booked into appointments. This is useful if a client is no longer welcome or if you need to prevent bookings for any reason.
How to Stop a Client
- Search for the client and open their Client Card.
- Click Actions ▼ in the top-right corner.
- Click Stop Client in the dropdown menu (it has a red circle icon).
- Confirm when prompted.
Once stopped, the client will be flagged and you won't be able to book appointments for them.
Reactivating a Stopped Client
If you need to reactivate a client who has been stopped:
- Search for and open the client's Client Card.
- Click Actions ▼.
- Click Stop Client again to toggle it off.
How to Tell if a Client is Stopped
When a client is stopped, the Stop Client option in the Actions menu will show as activated. You may also see a visual indicator on the Client Card.
