Overview
The Client Activities feature lets you see a log of changes made to a client's appointments - including edits, deletions, and status changes. It's useful for tracking what happened if an appointment was moved or removed.
Viewing Client Activities
- Search for the client and open their Client Card.
- Click Actions ▼ in the top-right corner.
- Click Activities in the dropdown menu.
- The Client Activities popup will appear with a date range filter.
Filtering by Date
By default, the popup shows today's date in both the From and To fields. To view activities over a wider period:
- Click the calendar icon next to the From field and select your start date.
- Click the calendar icon next to the To field and select your end date.
- Click Go to load the activities for that period.
What Activities Are Tracked
The activity log records changes such as:
- Appointments being created, edited, or deleted
- Who made the change and when
- What was changed (e.g. time, date, operator, service)
