Overview
You can view and manage a client's loyalty points directly from their Client Card. The loyalty points balance is displayed in the Actions menu as a number next to a heart icon (❤️).
Viewing a Client's Loyalty Points
- Search for the client using the Client Search panel on the right side of the screen.
- Click the client's name to open their Client Card.
- Click the Actions ▼ button in the top-right corner of the Client Card.
- In the dropdown menu, look for the heart icon (❤️) with a number next to it - this is the client's current loyalty points balance.
Redeeming Loyalty Points
- Open the Actions ▼ menu on the client's Client Card.
- Click the heart icon (❤️) with the points number.
- A popup will appear showing Redeemable Services - a list of services the client can redeem using their points, along with the point cost for each.
- Click on a service to redeem it for the client.
Rewarding and Converting Points
At the top of the loyalty points popup, you'll see two links:
- Reward - manually add loyalty points to the client's balance.
- Convert - convert a client's loyalty points into a dollar credit on their account.
How Clients Earn Loyalty Points
Clients earn loyalty points automatically when they pay for services or products. The points earned per dollar spent are configured in your loyalty program settings under Admin > Redeemables.
