How to Manually Award Loyalty Points

Overview

Clients earn points automatically from a sale. You can also top up their loyalty points balance by hand, for a birthday, a referral, or a mix-up.

Rewarding a client

  1. Search for the client and open their Client Card.
  2. Tap the green Loyalty points pill at the top of the card.
  3. Hit Reward.
  4. Type in the number of points to add.
  5. Hit Reward to confirm. The balance updates straight away.

Note: the same dialog also has a Gift Voucher selector above the points field. You can give a client a voucher, points, or both in one go. Reward only ever adds points, so double check the number before you confirm.
