Once you have applied Loyalty Points to your services, products, vouchers and/or packages, you can set up your services to be redeemable using Loyalty Points. This means clients can exchange their points for a service that has been set up to be redeemable.
You can follow these steps whether you applied your Loyalty Points individually or you are using Auto Loyalty Points.
- Click Admin in the left main menu, then click the Services tab.
- Click the category, find the service you want to make redeemable, and click Edit.
- In the right side panel, click Other, then click Loyalty Points.
- Under Loyalty Points To Redeem, enter the number of points a client needs to have to redeem this service.
- Click Save.
Repeat these steps for any other service you want clients to redeem with Loyalty Points.
