The Client Marketing Report provides a statistical snapshot of your client activity over a selected period. It shows totals for check-ins, new versus recurring clients, no-shows, rebookings, referrals, and gender breakdowns, helping you measure the health of your client base at a glance.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting from the main menu, then select Client Marketing Report from the report list.
Filters
| Filter | Description |

| From / To | Set the date range for the report. |
| Show All Clients | Tick to include all clients regardless of visit status. |
| Client Category | Filter by client category (e.g. Membership, Seniors, NEW CLIENTS, Kids, Loyalty Program). |
| Operator | Filter by a specific staff member. |
| Service Category | Filter by the service category performed (e.g. Colours, Haircut, Waxing, Facials). |
Report Metrics
The report displays the following statistics for the selected period:

| Clients Who Came In | Total number of unique clients who visited. |
| Recurring Clients | Clients who had visited before and returned during this period. |
| New or First Time Clients | Clients visiting your salon for the first time during this period. |
| Clients Who Requested an Operator | Clients who specifically requested a particular staff member. |
| New or First Time Clients Who Requested an Operator | First-time clients who requested a specific staff member. |
| No Show Clients | Clients who had an appointment but did not attend. |
| Manual Reminder Clients | Clients flagged for manual follow-up reminders. |
| Male Clients | Total male clients who visited. |
| Female Clients | Total female clients who visited. |
| Clients Who Referred Someone | Clients who referred a new client during the period. |
| Clients Who Have Rebooked | Clients who booked a future appointment before leaving. |

How to Use
- Navigate to Reporting and select Client Marketing Report.
- Set the From and To dates.
- Optionally filter by Client Category, Operator, or Service Category.
- Click Go to generate the report.
- Review the totals for each metric to understand your client activity trends.
Understanding "Manual Reminder Clients"
The Manual Reminder Clients metric counts clients who have been flagged for manual follow-up. These are clients who opted out of automatic reminders or whose contact details are incomplete, requiring your team to contact them directly.
Example Scenario
You want to compare this month's new client numbers against last month. Run the report for each month separately and compare the "New or First Time Clients" figure. If new clients are down, you might also check "Clients Who Referred Someone" to see whether your referral programme is performing, and "No Show Clients" to see if missed appointments are impacting your numbers.
