The Client Visit Report shows how much each client spent during their visits over a selected period. Use it to track individual client spending, see projected revenue from upcoming appointments, and identify trends in client visit frequency.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting from the main menu, then select Client Visit Report from the report list.
Filters
| Filter | Description |

| From / To | Set the date range for the report. |
| Operator | Filter by a specific staff member. |
| Include Open | Tick this checkbox to include appointments that have not yet been paid (Open status). This is useful for seeing projected revenue from future appointments. |
Report Columns

| Client Name | The client's name. |
| Mobile | The client's mobile number. |
| Visit Date | The date of each visit. |
| Services | The services the client received during the visit. |
| Total | The total amount for that visit. |

How to Use
- Navigate to Reporting and select Client Visit Report.
- Set the From and To dates.
- Optionally filter by Operator.
- To see projected revenue from future bookings, tick Include Open and set the To date into the future.
- Click Go to generate the report.
Seeing Projected Revenue
To view projected revenue from upcoming appointments:
- Set the From date to today.
- Set the To date to a future date (e.g. 4 weeks from now).
- Tick Include Open.
- The report now shows all booked appointments and their expected values, giving you a forecast of incoming revenue.
Example Scenario
You want to see how much revenue is projected for next week. Set the From date to next Monday, the To date to next Sunday, tick Include Open, and run the report. The total column shows the expected value of every booked appointment, giving you a clear picture of your upcoming week's revenue.
