The Membership Summary Report shows a summary of all memberships in your system, grouped by membership name. Use it to see how many clients are on each membership and their current status.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Membership Summary Report.
Filters
- Status - Filter by membership status: All, Active, Suspended, Expired, or Cancelled
- Type - Filter by payment type: All, Upfront, Recurring, Recurring & Use Direct Debit, or Recurring & Not Using Direct Debit
- Go - Run the report
This report has no date filter as it shows a current snapshot of membership status.
Report Columns
- Name - The membership name
- Total - The number of clients on that membership
- Show Details - Click to expand and see individual member details
A Total row at the bottom shows the total number of members across all memberships.
Available Actions
- Export as CSV - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
Example
You want to check how many active members you have on recurring direct debit. Set Status to Active and Type to Recurring & Use Direct Debit, then click Go. The report shows each membership name with the count of active recurring members. Click Show Details on any membership to see the individual client list.
