The Operator KPI Report shows key performance indicators for each operator, helping you evaluate staff efficiency and productivity. Use it to compare operators against their targets and identify coaching opportunities.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Operator KPI Report.
Filters
- From and To - Select the date range for the report
- Operator - Select a specific operator, or All to compare everyone
- Go - Run the report
Report Columns
- Operator - The operator name (clickable to view details)
- Wages vs Sales (%) - Wages as a percentage of sales revenue. Lower is more efficient
- Retail (%) - Product retail sales as a percentage of total sales
- Clients/Day - Average number of clients seen per working day
- Avg Spend ($) - Average spend per client visit
- Rebook Rate (%) - Percentage of clients who rebooked at checkout
Values displayed in grey are operator targets (set in operator settings). Actual values are shown in black, or red if below target.
Available Actions
- Print - Print the report
Note: This report supports printing only. CSV export is not available.
Example
During a team review meeting, you want to compare operator performance for the month. Set the date range to the month, select All operators, and click Go. The report shows each operator side by side. A rebook rate in red means the operator is below their target. Use the Avg Spend and Retail % columns to identify who might benefit from upselling training.
