The Loyalty Points Report shows the current loyalty points balance for all clients. Use it to identify your most loyal clients, target clients with specific point levels for promotions, and manage your loyalty programme.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Loyalty Points Report.
Filters
- Loyalty Points Filter - Select a comparison: All, Equals, Greater Than, or Less Than
- Enter the points value to compare against (when using Equals, Greater Than, or Less Than)
- Go - Run the report
This report has no date filter as it shows current point balances.
Report Columns
- Client Name - The client name (clickable to open client details)
- Current Balance - The client's current loyalty points balance
Available Actions
- Send SMS - Send an SMS to the listed clients
- Send Email - Send an email to the listed clients
- Export as CSV - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
- Add to List / Remove from List - Add or remove clients from a marketing list
Example
You are running a promotion offering double points for clients who have accumulated more than 500 points. Set the Loyalty Points Filter to Greater Than, enter 500, and click Go. The report lists all qualifying clients. Click Send SMS or Send Email to notify them about the promotion directly from the report.
