The Package Purchase Report shows all packages sold over a selected date range. Use it to track package sales revenue, monitor which packages are most popular, and see how soon packages are due to expire.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Package Purchase Report.
Filters
The report has two rows of filters:
Row 1 (Date Range):
- From and To - Select the date range for the report
- Go - Run the report
Row 2 (Additional Filters):
- Group By Client checkbox (on by default) - Group package purchases by client
- Operators - Filter by the operator who sold the package
- Expires within - Filter by expiry window. Options: ---, Expired, 1 Month, 2 Months, 3 Months, 4 Months, 5 Months, 6 Months, 7 Months, 8 Months, 9 Months, 10 Months, 11 Months, 12 Months
- Filter - Apply the additional filters
Report Columns
- Name - The package name
- Qty - The number of packages sold
- Total Revenue - The total revenue from package sales
- Total Profit - The profit from package sales
- Show Details - Click to expand and see individual purchase details
A Total row at the bottom summarises the overall quantity, revenue, and profit.
Available Actions
- Export as CSV - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
Example
You want to contact clients whose packages expire within the next 2 months to encourage rebooking. Set the Expires within dropdown to 2 Months and click Filter. The report shows all packages expiring soon. Click Show Details to see client names and remaining items, then reach out to those clients.
