The Best Clients Report ranks your clients by total spend over a selected period. Use it to identify your highest-value clients, reward loyalty, or target your top spenders with exclusive offers.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting from the main menu, then select Best Clients Report from the report list.
Filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| From / To | Set the date range to calculate spending totals. |
| Operator | Filter by a specific staff member to see their top clients. |
| Include Open | Tick this checkbox to include appointments that have not yet been paid (Open status) in the spend calculations. Untick to only count completed, paid transactions. |
Report Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Client Name | The client's name, ranked from highest to lowest spender. |
| Mobile | The client's mobile phone number. |
| Total Visits | The total number of visits during the selected period. |
| Total Spend | The total dollar amount the client spent during the selected period. |

How to Use
- Navigate to Reporting and select Best Clients Report.
- Set the From and To dates (e.g. the past 12 months for an annual view).
- Optionally filter by Operator to see a specific staff member's top clients.
- Decide whether to tick Include Open based on whether you want unpaid appointments counted.
- Click Go to generate the report.
- Review the ranked list. Use the action buttons to reward or communicate with your top clients.
Example Scenario
You want to send a thank-you message to your top 20 clients for the year. Set the date range to the past 12 months, run the report, and your highest-spending clients appear at the top. Click Send SMS and compose a personalised thank-you message with an exclusive offer as a reward for their loyalty.
