Converting Your Clients' Loyalty Points to a Gift Voucher

Clients can trade in their loyalty points for a gift voucher instead of a free service. You pick how many points to convert and which voucher to give at the time. Just check Convert Loyalty Points to Gift Voucher is switched on first, under Settings > Loyalty Points.

Converting points to a voucher

  1. Search for the client and open their Client Card.
  2. Tap the green Loyalty points pill at the top of the card.
  3. Hit Convert.
  4. Type in how many points to convert.
  5. Pick a Gift Voucher from the list.
  6. Hit Convert to confirm.

The points come off the client's balance straight away and the voucher lands on their Vouchers tab, ready to redeem like any other gift voucher.
