The Client Product Report shows which retail products your clients are purchasing and how much they are spending on products. Use this report to track product sales per client, identify upselling opportunities, and understand product purchasing patterns.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting from the main menu, then select Client Product Report from the report list.
Filters
| Filter | Description |

| From / To | Set the date range for the report. |
| Operator | Filter by the staff member who sold the products. |
Report Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Client Name | The client who purchased products. |
| Mobile | The client's mobile number. |
| Products | The product(s) purchased. |
| Quantity | The number of units purchased. |
| Total Spend | The total dollar amount spent on products. |
Available Actions

How to Use
- Navigate to Reporting and select Client Product Report.
- Set the From and To dates.
- Optionally filter by Operator to see product sales by a specific staff member.
- Click Go to generate the report.
- Review each client's product purchases and spending.
Example Scenario
A product supplier is running a promotion and you want to target clients who have previously purchased that brand. Run the Client Product Report for the past 6 months, export it as CSV, and filter the spreadsheet by the brand name. Then add those clients to a marketing list and send them an SMS about the promotion.
