How to Turn off Week View as a Single Operator

As a Single Operator, you're set to the Week View by default. This lets you see all your appointments for the week.

If you'd rather see one day at a time, follow the steps below.

1. Click your profile icon at the bottom left of the main menu, then click Settings.
2. Under Appointments, turn off Show Week View by Default.
3. Click Save.

Note: Can't see that setting? It may only show on single operator accounts.

You'll now see each day at a time, rather than the full week.

Want the Week View when the setting is off?

1. Go to the Appointments page.
2. Click the three dots at the top of your column, next to your name.
3. Click Week View.

Note: On a PC or laptop, you can double click your name at the top of your column instead. That takes you straight to the Week View.

You'll now see your appointments for the full week. Refreshing your page will bring you back to the day view.

To open one day again, double click that day at the top of its column.
