If you need to reach out to clients with future bookings, this is possible by using your Appointments Report.
This can be accessed by going to Reporting > Report List > Appointments Report.
Specify the From and To date range (you can also filter by Operator or Booking Type). Click Go or Filter:
At the bottom of the Appointments Report, you'll notice a Send SMS button. Simply click this to open up the Send SMS to List option:
You can write up your message directly in the text box, or you can select a Template. If you would like to learn how to create your own custom SMS/Email templates, click here.
Make sure you're aware of how many clients are on this list, especially when sending a lengthy SMS. You should take into account how many SMS credits may be needed to carry out a full SMS campaign.
It's always a good idea to send yourself a Preview of the message to your mobile number before committing to sending the message!
Once you're happy with the message, simply click Send Message. Your SMS Campaign will now by queued in your Campaign Report. Click here for information on the Campaign Report.
Note: Any "Appointment" tags (i.e. Appointment Service Name/Day of Week/Date/Time) can only be used in the context of your Automatic Message Types, such as the 1st and 2nd Appointment Reminders. Currently they cannot be used with Marketing or Reporting options. Please click here for more information.
* Keep in mind that 160 characters equates to one SMS credit. Therefore, if your message is more than 160 characters, multiple SMS credits will be used per text. There is also a limit to 640 characters per message, this is equivalent to 4 SMSs in one text. Please send yourself a test before you send the SMS to your clients. Click here for more info.
SMS Pricing is dependent on location. Please click here for further information.
