PredictPro SMS Subscriptions offers a variety of SMS subscription plans designed to suit different business sizes, from quick updates to high-volume campaigns. Follow the steps below to select the plan that best fits your salon's needs.
Step 1: Navigate to your Account Details
To get started, you will need to access your Account page.
- Click the Account icon (the blue circle with your initials/avatar) in the top right corner of your Simple Salon screen.
- Select Account from the dropdown menu to open your Account Details page.
Step 2: Access the Add-Ons Section
Once you are on the Account Details page, scroll down until you locate the Add-Ons section. This list displays your current active integrations (like MailChimp, Stripe, etc.).
- At the bottom of the list, click the Add New... link.
Step 3: Select PredictPro SMS
A pop-up window titled Add New Add-On will appear, displaying the available new features.
- Locate PredictPro SMS in the list.
- Click the green Select button next to it.
Step 4: Choose Your Plan
You will now see the PredictPro SMS plan options. Review the tiers (Alert, Chat, Huddle, Connect, or Engage) to see which package offers the right amount of SMS credits and bonus inclusions for your business.
- Identify the plan you wish to subscribe to (e.g., CHAT with 600 SMS Credits or ENGAGE with 6500 SMS Credits).
- Click the blue Select button at the bottom of your chosen column to confirm your subscription.
Your new SMS subscription is now active! The credits will be added to your account immediately according to the plan you selected.
