If you have a Voucher ID but no other details on a Gift Voucher, you can look it up. If you don't have the ID either, you can still find it another way.
Finding a Gift Voucher WITH the ID
- Go to POS and click the More options icon (the three dots, top right).
- Select Find Gift Voucher.
- Enter the Voucher ID and click Search.
The Gift Voucher Details panel shows the voucher's remaining value and expiry. You can change the Remaining Value here and click Update to save it. The Gift Voucher Expiry is shown for reference only on this screen. To change the expiry date, see Changing a Gift Voucher's Expiry Date.
Opening Find Gift Voucher partway through a sale, from the Receive Payment screen, gives you a Continue button instead. That applies the voucher straight to that sale.
Finding a Gift Voucher WITHOUT the ID
- Go to Reporting, then Report List, and select the Liability Report.
- Click Show Details next to Gift Vouchers Liability. This lists every gift voucher that hasn't been fully redeemed yet.
- Go through the list to find the voucher you're after, or narrow it down using the Type drop-down and Expires Within filters.
