You've signed up to Simple Salon and realised that the times are wrong. Well, that just means you need to configure the Location Settings in your Simple Salon account.
Pop over to your Settings page (by clicking the blue circle icon on the top right corner):
Then into Location Settings.
Ensure that you have selected the correct Time Zone, Currency Symbol, Tax Rates, Country Code and Phone Country Code.
