The Commissions Report shows revenue and profit broken down by operator across different revenue categories. Use it to calculate commissions, compare operator performance, and see how each team member contributes to the business.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Commissions Report.
Filters
- From and To - Select the date range for the report
- Go - Run the report
- Include TAX? checkbox (on by default) - Include or exclude tax from the figures
Report Columns
- Operator - The operator name
- Visit Revenue - Total revenue from services performed
- Product Revenue - Total revenue from product sales
- Product Profit - Profit from product sales (revenue minus wholesale cost)
- Package Revenue - Total revenue from package sales
- Voucher Revenue - Total revenue from gift voucher sales
Available Actions
- Export as CSV - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
Example
You pay commissions based on a percentage of Visit Revenue and Product Profit. Set the date range to the pay period, ensure Include TAX? is unticked (so you are calculating on ex-GST amounts), and click Go. The report shows each operator's revenue breakdown. Export to CSV, then apply your commission percentages to the Visit Revenue and Product Profit columns to calculate each operator's commission payment.
