The Gift Voucher Report shows gift voucher sales and redemptions over a selected date range. Use it to track how much has been sold in gift vouchers, how much has been redeemed, and the outstanding balance.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Gift Voucher Report.
Filters
- From and To - Select the date range for the report
- Go - Run the report
Report Columns
- Name - The gift voucher name or type
- Sold ($) - The total dollar amount of gift vouchers sold
- Redeemed ($) - The total dollar amount of gift vouchers redeemed
- Difference ($) - The outstanding balance (Sold minus Redeemed)
Available Actions
- Export as CSV - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
Example
The holiday season has just ended and you want to see how gift voucher sales went. Set the date range to cover November and December, then click Go. The Sold column shows total sales, and the Difference column shows how much is still unredeemed, giving you a picture of outstanding gift voucher liability.
