The Stock Report shows current inventory levels and identifies products that need reordering. Products that have fallen below their minimum stock quantity are highlighted in pink to flag them for reorder.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Stock Report.
Filters
- Brand - Filter by product brand, or select All to show all brands
- Go - Run the report
This report has no date filter as it shows current stock levels.
Report Columns
- Brand - The product brand (clickable to filter)
- Name - The product name (clickable to view product details)
- Min Qty - The minimum stock level set for the product
- Remaining - The current stock on hand
- Re-Order - The quantity to reorder to reach minimum stock level
- Re-Order Cost - The wholesale cost of the reorder quantity
A Total row at the bottom shows overall reorder cost. Rows highlighted in pink/red indicate products that need reordering.
Available Actions
- Export as CSV - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
Example
You are placing a weekly stock order with your supplier. Open the Stock Report, select the supplier brand from the Brand dropdown, and click Go. All products highlighted in pink need reordering. The Re-Order column tells you exactly how many to order, and Re-Order Cost gives you the expected wholesale total. Export to CSV and send to your supplier.
