The SMS/Email Campaign Report shows a history of all marketing campaigns sent from Simple Salon, including SMS and email campaigns. Use it to review past campaigns, check delivery status, and view the template used.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Campaign Report.
Filters
- From and To - Select the date range for the report
- Go - Run the report
Report Columns
- Date - The date the campaign was sent
- Name - The campaign name
- Media - The campaign type (EMAIL or SMS)
- User - The staff member who sent the campaign
- Template - The template used (clickable to view the template)
- Status - The delivery status of the campaign
Available Actions
- Export as CSV - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
Example
You want to check whether last month's holiday promotion email was sent successfully. Set the date range to cover last month and click Go. Find the campaign in the list and check the Status column. Click the Template link to review the content that was sent to clients.
