The Client Management Report provides a snapshot of your client data quality. It shows how many clients are missing key information like mobile numbers, email addresses, or photos. Use it to identify data gaps and improve client communication reach.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Client Management Report.
Filters
This report has no filters. It shows a current snapshot of client data completeness.
Data Categories
The report header reads "Select the area you'd like to manage:" and lists the following categories:
- NO Mobile - Clients without a mobile number
- NO Email - Clients without an email address
- NO Gender - Clients without a gender recorded
- NO Address - Clients without an address
- NO SMS Reminders Enabled - Clients who do not have SMS reminders turned on
- NO SMS Promotions Enabled - Clients who do not have SMS promotions turned on
- NO Email Reminders Enabled - Clients who do not have email reminders turned on
- NO Email Promotions Enabled - Clients who do not have email promotions turned on
- NO Photo - Clients without a profile photo
- NO Active Membership - Clients without an active membership
- STOP At Gate - Clients flagged to show a stop alert at check-in
Report Columns
- Total number of Clients With... - The data category description
- Total Count - The number of clients in that category
- % of Clients - The percentage of your total client base, shown with a colour-coded indicator (green = good, yellow = moderate, red = needs attention)
- Show Details - Click to see the individual clients in that category
Available Actions
- Export as CSV - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
Example
You are about to launch an SMS marketing campaign and want to maximise reach. Open the Client Management Report and check the NO Mobile row. If a large percentage of clients have no mobile, click Show Details to see which clients are missing this data. You can then ask your team to collect mobile numbers at the next appointment. Similarly, check NO SMS Promotions Enabled to see how many clients have opted out of SMS marketing.
