The Resource Report shows how your resources (rooms, equipment, or other shared assets) were used over a selected date range. Use it to track resource utilisation, total visit revenue attributed to each resource, and time spent.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Resource Report.
Filters
- From and To - Select the date range for the report
- Go - Run the report
Report Columns
- Resource - The resource name (e.g. Treatment Room 1, Laser Machine)
- Visits - The total number of visits that used the resource
- Visit Revenue - The total revenue from visits using the resource
- Total Time - The total time the resource was in use
A Total row at the bottom summarises the overall visits, revenue, and time.
Available Actions
- Export as CSV - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
Example
You are considering purchasing a second laser machine and want to know how heavily the current one is being used. Set the date range to the last 3 months and click Go. Check the Visits and Total Time columns for the laser machine resource to see utilisation levels and the Visit Revenue it generates.
