The Pending Bookings Report shows all bookings that have not yet been confirmed or allocated to an operator. This includes online bookings awaiting approval, bookings with scheduling clashes, and package bookings. Use it to manage and lock in pending appointments.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Pending Bookings Report.
Filters
- From and To - Select the date range to search
- Type - Filter by booking type: All, Online, Clash, or Package
- Go - Run the report
Report Columns
- Checkbox - Select bookings for bulk actions (select-all checkbox in the header)
- Type - The pending booking type (Online, Clash, or Package)
- Client - The client name (clickable to open client details)
- Date - The booking date
- Time - The booking time
- Operator - The assigned operator
- Service - The service booked
- Price - The service price
- Lock In - Click to confirm and lock the booking into the appointment book
- Delete (X) - Remove the pending booking
Available Actions
- Delete Selected - Bulk delete selected pending bookings
- Export as CSV - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
Example
You have online bookings enabled and want to review new requests that came in overnight. Open the Pending Bookings Report, set the Type to Online, and click Go. Review each booking and click Lock In to confirm it, or click the X to decline. Use the checkboxes and Delete Selected to bulk-remove multiple unwanted bookings.
