The Stock On Hand Report shows the current quantity and value of all products in your inventory. Use it to understand your stock investment at both retail and wholesale levels.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Stock On Hand Report.
Filters
- Brand - Filter by product brand, or select All to show all brands
- Go - Run the report
This report has no date filter as it shows current stock levels.
Report Columns
- Brand - The product brand (clickable to filter)
- Name - The product name (clickable to view product details)
- Qty - Current quantity on hand
- Retail - Retail price per unit
- Total Retail - Total retail value (Qty x Retail)
- Wholesale - Wholesale cost per unit
- Total Wholesale - Total wholesale value (Qty x Wholesale)
A Total row at the bottom summarises the overall retail and wholesale stock value.
Available Actions
- Export as CSV - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
Example
You need to calculate the total value of stock for your end-of-financial-year reporting. Open the Stock On Hand Report with Brand set to All and click Go. The Total row at the bottom shows your total retail value and total wholesale cost. Export to CSV for your accountant.
