The Wages Report shows the total hours worked and wages earned by each operator over a selected date range. Use it for payroll preparation and to track labour costs.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting > Report List > Wages Report.
Filters
- From and To - Select the date range for the report
- Go - Run the report
Report Columns
- Operator - The operator name (clickable to view details)
- Hours - Total hours worked during the period (displayed as hours and minutes, e.g. "6 hrs 30 mins")
- Wages - Total wages earned ($)
A Total row at the bottom shows the combined hours and wages for all operators.
Available Actions
- Export - Download the report data as a spreadsheet
- Print - Print the report
Example
It is the end of the pay period and you need to process wages. Set the From and To dates to cover the pay period, then click Go. The report lists each operator with their total hours and wages. Click an operator name to see a daily breakdown of their shifts. Export the data to CSV to import into your payroll system.
