The Accounts Report shows which clients owe your business money and which clients are in credit. Use this report to follow up on outstanding balances, send payment reminders, or identify clients who have overpaid.
How to Access
Navigate to Reporting from the main menu, then select Accounts Report from the report list.
Filters
| Filter | Options | Description |

| Account Status | All, Owing, In Credit | Filter to show all client accounts, only those with an outstanding balance, or only those in credit. |
Report Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Client Name | The name of the client with an account balance. |
| Mobile | The client's mobile phone number. |
| Current Balance | The amount the client owes (positive) or is in credit (negative). |
| Show Details | Click to expand and view a breakdown of the individual transactions that make up the balance. |
Available Actions

How to Use
- Navigate to Reporting and select Accounts Report.
- Use the Account Status dropdown to filter by All, Owing, or In Credit.
- Review the list of clients and their current balances.
- Click Show Details next to any client to see a full breakdown of their account transactions.
- Use the action buttons at the bottom to send reminders, export data, or manage lists.
Example Scenario
You want to follow up with all clients who owe money. Select Owing from the Account Status dropdown. The report shows every client with an outstanding balance. Click Send SMS to send a friendly payment reminder to all of them at once, or click Show Details on a specific client to review their transaction history before contacting them individually.
