If you have forgotten your PIN there's to need to panic!
You can simply logout of the Quick PIN screen, then login with a Username/Password to generate a new PIN.
If you are a Staff user, your Administrator will need to login and reset your PIN for you.
You will first need to log out of the PIN Login as shown below—
Then sign in with your Username, Password and Company ID:
Once you're logged in as administrator, where you go next to reset your pin depends on if you're a User or an Operator.

Once you're logged in, you can head over to Account > Manage Users.
Click Edit next to the User who has forgotten their PIN.
You can select Generate New, which will confirm if you want to Reset Pin.
Once you click OK, you will be given your new PIN.
You can come back to Manage Users anytime to check your pin or generate a new one.
Resetting Operators 4 digit pin (staff that have an operator column on the Appointments page)
Instead, if you're looking for an operator's pin number, pop over to your Admin page, and into the Operators tab.
Edit an operator and expand (+) the Security section on the right side panel.
You can click Generate New to generate a new pin number.
Note: If someone has both an Operator column, and has their own User login, then you can use either of the pin codes provided in both the Operator Details or User Details sections.
