Your Simple Salon account gives you the capability to easily incorporate new locations into your existing account using our multi-site solution, known as the Dome.
What is the Dome?
A Dome account acts as your central hub, enabling you to offer consistent services, products, packages, and vouchers across all your locations—while allowing each location to operate independently.
Each of your salon locations (also referred to as "child" accounts) has their own Simple Salon account, and the Dome is the umbrella account over them all. It encompasses all of your locations, allowing you to manage, report, and market across all locations. You can also view financial data all from the one place, and do multi-location rostering with ease!
The Dome also facilitates client sharing, allowing you to access the same client profile in each location and seamlessly pick up from where you last interacted with them. It will also enable your clients to redeem gift vouchers at any of your locations, and allows clients to switch between each of your location's Online Booking site effortlessly.

Do I need to have a Dome account to add a new location?
The decision to utilise a Dome account is entirely yours. If you want to link multiple Simple Salon accounts, the Dome connection is necessary. However, it's not obligatory if you prefer to keep your accounts independent. Keep in mind that if you anticipate the need for a Dome account in the future, it's advisable to set it up before opening additional location accounts.
