Added a client to POS and their booking hasn't come across? Here's why, and what to do about it.
1. POS only pulls in what's due
When you add a client to a sale, POS automatically brings in their appointments for today plus anything still unpaid from the past. A booking for a later date won't show up on its own. The system knows it's not due yet, so it leaves it off the cart until then.
2. Paying for a booking early
Want to take payment for a future visit right now, like a deposit or a prepaid package? Use the Future Service button at the bottom of POS instead of searching for the service manually. It pulls in the client's upcoming bookings so you can add the ones you're taking payment for. See Paying for Future Services for the full steps.
3. Seeing old appointments instead
If it's the opposite problem, old appointments showing up when you didn't expect them, that's a different thing entirely. It means those visits were never paid through POS. See Are client's past appointments coming up in POS? for why that happens and how to clear it.
