Once you've crafted a personalised email template, you can effortlessly reach all your clients—or just a select few—in just a few clicks:
1. Locate the list of clients you want to target. In this example, we will use the All Clients list in Marketing. (You can use any other 'Marketing' list you like, or report from 'Reporting' > 'Report List'. You can also create your own custom marketing list!)
2. Click the Send Email button, and select Standard.
3. From the Template dropdown menu, select your template.
4. Review your message, and fill in the Campaign Name section (this is what the campaign displays as in your Campaign Report). We'd recommend that you send a Preview to yourself too.
5. Click Send Message once you're ready!
Your email will now queue to send to clients in the Campaign Report (located in Marketing).
Note: Although this example uses the 'All Clients' list, you'll find the Send Email button available in any 'Marketing' or 'Reporting' option you choose.
