Setting up 'Appointment Reminders'
Automatic Appointment Reminders will send a set number of days before the client's upcoming appointment.
The 1st Appointment Reminder will send to clients even if their appointment has already been flagged manually as 'Confirmed'. Whereas the 2nd Appointment Reminder will only send to clients whose appointments have not yet been flagged as 'Confirmed'.
Click Edit next to either Appointment Reminder, and tick SMS Enabled and/or Email Enabled.
Enter the number of Days BEFORE Appointment to send message and the system will automatically send out the reminders this number of days before the appointments.
The SMS Template and Email Template are currently set to the default templates, which we have created for you. You can check out the How to Edit SMS & Email Templates article to learn how to customise these templates. If you do create a custom template, come back here and select from the SMS Template and Email Template drop-down menus the template you wish to use for reminders. This applies to all of the 1-Touch Marketing options outlined in the rest of the article.
Simply click Save once you're done making changes.
