Adding Online Bookings to Your WordPress Website

Overview

You can add Simple Salon online bookings to your WordPress website with an iframe embed or a direct booking link button.

Finding Your Booking Link

  1. In Simple Salon, go to Online and click the Admin tab.
  2. Under General Settings, find Booking Site URL & Code.
  3. Copy the Online Booking URL, or the ready-made Embed Code if you just want to paste an iframe straight in.

Option 1: Embed with an iFrame

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, create a new page or edit an existing one.
  2. If you use the Block Editor, add a Custom HTML block.
  3. If you use the Classic Editor, switch to the Text tab.
  4. Paste the code below, swapping in your own booking URL.

  1. Adjust the height value to fit your page layout.
  2. Click Publish or Update.

Tip: if you use a page builder like Elementor or Divi, look for its HTML or Code widget to paste the iframe code into.

Option 2: Add a Booking Button Link

  1. Add a Button block and set the URL to your booking URL.
  2. Set the link to open in a new tab.
  3. Use text like "Book Now" or "Book Online".
