Simple Salon connects with other tools for payments, marketing, accounting and online bookings. Inside the app these are called Add-Ons.
Where to find them
- Click your profile icon at the bottom left of the main menu.
- Click Account.
- Click Actions. Every Add-On is listed here, grouped by type. Click one to set it up.
The Account page also shows an Add-Ons panel with the ones you've already connected. Click Edit next to one to manage it.
What's available
Payments
- Stripe: card payments in POS, plus online booking deposits and payments.
- Tyro, KPay and ANZ Worldline: link your EFTPOS terminal to POS.
- Zip Pay: lets clients buy now and pay later.
Quick check: once a payment Add-On is connected, choose it under Settings > POS Payment Gateway so POS uses it.
Memberships
- Stripe or Payleadr: collect recurring membership payments.
Messaging
- WhatsApp: send confirmations and reminders by WhatsApp.
- Mail Chimp and Campaign Monitor: send your client lists across for email marketing.
Accounting
- Xero and QuickBooks: send your sales figures to your accounting software.
Bookings
- Reserve with Google: clients book straight from Google Search and Maps.
- Facebook: add a Book Now button to your Facebook page and Instagram profile.
- Slick: list your salon on the Slick booking marketplace.
