The system is not designed to automatically remove a 'Confirmed' flag if the appointment is moved to a future date.
If you move an appointment to a future date after the client has already confirmed the appointment - then you need to untick the Confirmed flag on the appointment after it's been moved.
You will click on the appointment, then click the Flag As... tab, then untick 'Confirmed':
This will then allow for a new reminder to be sent out, but only if the reminders going out for that day have not already been sent.
For example, if your reminders were set to send 2 days in advance of the appointment, and you then moved the appointment from today to tomorrow (and removed the flag) - the reminder would still not be sent because reminders for tomorrow's appointments would have already gone out.
If you need to manually message the client, simply swap over to the Details tab, and click the phone icon next to the client's mobile number:
