To connect your Zip Pay merchant account to Simple Salon:
- Open the profile icon at the bottom left of the main menu, then choose Account.
- Click Actions at the top right of the Account page.
- Choose Zip Pay under Payment Gateway Add-Ons.
On the panel that opens, you'll need to add your API keys. Note: if you don't have a Zip Pay merchant account, click Sign Up to go to the Zip Pay website.
- Enter your In Store Private Key into the API Key field.
- Enter your Store Location ID into the Location ID field.
- Click Save.
Not sure where to find these? Contact Zip Pay Merchant Support and ask for your In Store Private Key (API key) and Location ID.
Tick Enable Zip Pay Gateway if you want Zip Pay available when you process a sale.
If your details are correct, the panel will close. You can check the connection any time by opening it again.
